• Equipped with a visible 650 nm laser, the MS837 supports aggressive scanning up to 72 scans/sec, significantly faster than typical CCD scanners

• It reads standard 1D barcodes including GS1 DataBar formats with a minimum resolution of 4 mil (0.1 mm) and requires at least 35% print contrast

• Depth of field for Code 39:

  • 5 mil: ~7.6 cm to 12.7 cm

  • 7.5 mil: ~5 cm to 20.3 cm

  • 10 mil: ~2.5 cm to 22.8 cm
